After a statement of wishes and expectations of the customer GPI designed and manufactured a fully automatic turnkey sugar cooker. A fun project to do for the customer and GPI, together around the table and discuss needs and possibilities.
The sugar cooker (turnkey skid) is completely hygienic designed, and feature;
a heating system
a frequency controlled scraped agitator
a dosing system with load cells
PLC control system with a timer function, remotely accessible
