To meet the demand for fluid isolation valves with higher pressure ratings and larger diameters, Asco Numatics has developed the new series 067 miniature fluid isolation valves.

Particularly in fluid handling applications in analytical systems, the solenoid valves are noted for their wide range of orifice sizes and pressures. Distinctive features of the innovative flapper mechanism are the low number of moving parts and the corrosion-resistant fluid isolation from the solenoid operator. This design also provides for a high level of operational and process safety.

The solenoid valves are available in 2/2 NC, 2/2 NO and 3/2 universal function in orifice sizes 2, 3 and 4 mm and can be used for vacuum applications and pressure ranges of up to 10 bar.

Valve bodies made of high-quality materials such as PEEK or PSS and seals of FFPM, FPM and EPDM allow the valve to be optimally adapted to different application needs.
Good self-draining capability and easy-to-flush internal cavity are the key decision factors for selecting this valve for fluid mixing and dosing applications in the liquid handling sector.

G1/8` in-line versions are available for stand-alone use, or pad-mount versions for integrated system solutions.
A standardised solenoid system with electrical connection to DIN 43650, form B (industry standard), allows for a variety of connectors to be used. All common AC and DC power capabilities are available.
