Gröninger has been a pioneer in the field of tank cleaning since decades. Gröninger equipment is used for the cleaning of road tankers and ISO tank containers which are used for transportation of foodstuffs, chemical products and other non-food products.
In particular for export these plants are increasingly being built in shipping containers. An important advantage is that the tank cleaning plants can be built and tested in the Gröninger Rotterdam facility, which makes commissioning on site easier and faster possible. For the European market the construction in containers offers benefits too, including additional mobility and flexibility.
In recent weeks, several cleaning systems were shipped from the port of Rotterdam with final destinations Dubai, Vietnam and Saudi Arabia. In the coming months a Gröninger project team will put the systems into operation.
