The Giga dss eyebolt comes in two versions: Giga dss and Giga dss + Q. The Giga dss eyebolt is equipped with an Allen screw, while the Giga dss + Q is equipped with a superbold® system.

The Giga dss eyebolt is a pivoting eyebolt. Not only does it turn around its axis, the link also pivots. In addition, these eyebolts come equipped with an extra link or carabiner, making it easy to attach a hoisting band. This eyebolt is very suitable for lifting extremely heavy loads.
The Giga dss eyebolt always points in the right direction when carrying a load. That way, you can lift machines, construction elements, matrices, etc., always in the most ideal way and the highest possible workload, with the Giga dss eyebolt.
Depending on the hoisting angle and number of eyebolts, you can lift up to 252.5 metric tons with the steel (class > 8) DSS eyebolts.
While the Giga dss can be attached with an Allen screw, the Giga dss + Q uses the superbold® system. The superbold® system makes it possible to attach the Giga dss eyebolt with only 160Nm, instead of the usual 2000Nm.
Giga dss eyebolt is the male version of the DSS type, equipped with thread bolt up to M150. OpenSupply also provides the female version of the DSS type, with a thread hole of up to 52, the FE.DSS.
In addition to the steel versions of the DSS and FE.DSS eyebolts, this type of eyebolt is also available in stainless steel: SS.DSS for the male version and SS.FE.DSS for the female version.
