The pump unit is used for transferring corrosive and hazardous fluids and is therefore equipped with a magnetic coupling. The magnetic coupling prevents any shaft seal leaks that may occur during production.
The MAAG gear pump type therminox is heatable and so is the mounted magnetic coupling type SMC from MAAG.
The pump unit is ATEX certified.
For easy placement and alignment of the assembly, the pump unit is mounted on a stainless steel baseplate with integrated dripping pan with lifting lugs.
This dedicated pump unit was designed according custom requirements, including the color.
The pump unit consists of:

– Maag smc magnetic coupling, heatable
– ABB driver
– Flanges
– ATEX certified
– Stainless steel baseplate with integrated dripping pan
