Parker Hannifin, the global leader in motion and control technologies, has developed a new and improved range of products designed to meet the specific requirements of technical rooms, such as reduced space and the need for easy equipment maintenance operations. In common with existing Transair products, the new additions offer speed and ease of installation, flexibility, modularity, safety and performance.

All the products in the range are made of aluminium and meet the requirements of ISO 8573: 2001 & 2010 Class 1.1.1, guaranteeing non-contamination of the fluid by solid particles, water, humidity or oil.

Transair products have a variety of features that are beneficial to the customer. Being of aluminium construction, they are lightweight yet durable, are corrosion resistant, and offer long life characteristics. In addition, no painting or welding is required. With fewer and more compact products, installation time is optimised. All products are included in the Transair CAD library and are available in 2D, 3D & BIM formats as well as in ISO and ANSI versions.

Within an industrial building, the fluid conveyed in pipework to multiple points of use is usually generated in technical rooms such as the compressor room, vacuum pump room or gas generation room. In this crucial area, with the same configuration as common alternative approaches, the cost of a typical Transair installation is 10% lower on average. In addition, with fewer products needed, the number of operations to complete the installation is reduced by approximately 30%, and the weight of the total system is also cut significantly.

Transair products can be adopted in various environments ranging from technical rooms to applications in aerospace, electronics, railways, construction, logistics, plastics and textile industries as well as the laboratories and in the pharmaceutical industry.
