Standard coupling adapter for IBC containers

GATHER Industrie GmbH has developed a stainless-steel coupling adapter for IBC containers.
This coupling is quickly screwed at the standardized thread (S60x6) of the outlet opening.

This new coupling adapter is based on the proven DBG (“Dry Break” coupling technology. This enables a very simple, quick, and non-drip connection to the IBC container.

Technical details
1. Plug end with welding end according to DIN 11866 / A / DN32 and welded-on S60x6 container connection

2. Seals in different – also FDA-compliant – materials (EPDM, FKM)

3. Surfaces conforming to hygiene class H2 (Ra ≤ 0,8 µm) on request
