Flowrox launches new PVG pinch valve for processes involving pressure resistance, heat, abrasion, corrosion and aggressive slurries. Flowrox PVG is a robust pinch valve with strong metal body, simple bullet closing mechanism and opening tags in the inside sleeve as standard. The design is based on a direct feedback from the field and responds to customer demand from various industries.
The PVG is a continuation for earlier elastomeric PVEG valve designed for end customers desiring a light weight but durable valve solution. Liked design has had thousands of satisfied customers but a limited acceptance because of the plastic valve body. This led to an idea to build stronger version based on the earlier successful design.
By definition, the Flowrox PVG valve delivers value based on its structure. In the open position, the PVG valve is at full bore with no flow restrictions. Therefore it is an integral part of the pipeline and anything flowing through the pipeline can also pass through the valve. Being a full port design PVG valves require the least pumping energy and minimize the system head pressure. Installation is trouble free and the valve includes pre-installed rubber sleeves that withstand tough process conditions. This ensures long lifetime and minimal maintenance costs.
