The new Exlar FT45 electric rod style linear actuator has a continuous force rating of 44.5 kN, filling the gap between the existing FT35 and FT60 models. With continuous force rating to 178 kN, speed to 1,500mm/sec and stroke lengths from 150mm to 2,400mm the FT actuators can be applied across a wide range of linear motion applications.
Alternative to hydraulic cylinders
