The Compact distillation unit of OFRU Recycling GmbH processes recycling of flammable industrial solvents. In combination with a vacuum unit the COMPACT distiller is a complete vacuum distillation unit that purifies contaminated solvents by a vacuum distillation process.
Suitable for contaminated solvents from different manufacturing processes such as in the production of coatings, paints, inks, detergents, adhesives and sealants.
The solvents contained in a 200 liter drum, connected with a pipeline on the vacuum distillation unit, will be processed by vacuum carrying out the solvent recycling process fully automatic.
Depending on the type of solvent and the degree of contamination the COMPACT can reach a distillation rate of about 10-25 liters per hour. In order to use the COMPACT as efficiently and profitably as possible we recommend recycling 1 to 2 barrels a day. The solvent recycling process only requires electrical control, cooling water and compressed air; an ideal return of investment!
