Not only the 7010 angle seat valve and the 7210 angle seat motor valve are available in a pressure release version, but also the 7020 angle seat control valve. The series can therefore be used within considerably expanded operating limits.
It was possible to reduce the actuator force that results from the differential pressure by approx. 97 %. The pressure-balanced trim on type 7020 control valves are therefore a real alternative for high differential pressures in larger nominal sizes with small actuators.
The balanced trim version is available in nominal sizes of between DN50 and DN80 and is suitable for max. temperatures of 200°C, enabling them to be used in steam applications for example.
