Production of colourants for decorating candy and chocolate
By grinding natural food colourants, you significantly increase the colour intensity of these products. The finer you grind the dye, the better the effectiveness of the pigments. This means you need less colourants to get the same colour intensities, and you create more possibilities to combine colours DYNO®-MILL bead mills ensure fast and efficient grinding and can go up to the Nano range if required.
Production of coloured drinks
By milling natural colourants you get a much better homogeneous dispersion of the colourants in liquids. In the case of coloured beverages this reduces or eliminates sedimentation of the colourants.
Again, grinding will improve the intensity of the colours and allow a more economical use of the colourants.
