For a number of sizes in the materials FEP, PFA and PTFE it is now possible to produce even longer continuous lengths on reels than our current standard 300/500 mtr rolls/reels.
This allows you to make a very long connection, without interruptions or connectors, depending on the application. An additional advantage is that you can obtain multiple lengths out of 1 length (which results in a minimal loss of residual pieces of the tubing). Depending on the size and the required quantity, we can also produce customer-specific lengths.

Dim. 4.0 x 6.0 mm (idxod) +/- 0.10 mm on ID / OD; 1500 mtr continuous on wooden reel
Dim. 6.0 x 8.0 mm (idxod) +/- 0.10 mm on ID / OD; 1200 mtr continuous on wooden reel
PFA
Dim. 4.0 x 6.0 mm (idxod) +/- 0.10 mm on ID / OD; 1500 mtr continuous on wooden reel
Dim. 6.0 x 8.0 mm (idxod) +/- 0.10 mm on ID / OD; 1200 mtr continuous on wooden reel
PTFE

We deliver these lengths on a wooden reel (size 810x480x380 mm). On request it is also possible to deliver on a plastic reel.
