A new and redesigned sanitary equipment has been launched. SaniForce 2.0 is based on market feedback and research: we have expanded the range of air operated and electric operated double diaphragm pumps. The range of drum and bin unloaders has been updated and is now complete with the introduction of a pail unloader. The redesign and launch improve cleanliness, safety and ease-of-use.
The full SaniForce double diaphragm range is FDA compliant with quick knockdown designs for easy cleaning and sanitizing. They are available in both air and electric operated versions. The electric operated range has been vastly extended and decreases a facility’s energy consumption as well as its reliance on compressed air while offering the same advantages as an air-operated double diaphragm pump.
A fully automated control system has been added to the drum & bin unloader improving the usability as it allows operators to multi-task easier with a more consistent operation from shift to shift. Drum & bin locators, safety locks and latches ensure an easy and safe evacuation. And by hermetically sealing the product while pumping, any external contamination is excluded.
