Screw-in heating units are particularly suitable for the direct heating of liquids, air and gases. In relation to the process, we provide you with screw-in or tank heating units with tubular heating elements made of stainless steel which we adjust to the respective application situation and the medium to be heated in consultation with you. The surface loadings, a very critical design feature for the long-term durability of the elements, are calculated for their specific application. For exact temperature monitoring, the screw-in heating units can be manufactured with various controllers and / or limiters, as well as PT100 sensors or sheath thermocouples.
Our team also looks forward to standing by your side if you need heating solutions which cannot be covered with so-called standard solutions. We are happy to develop process-customised solutions in close consultation with you. We look forward to your task. Various fitting sizes, voltages, installation lengths up to 3.5 m and a wide range of materials make this device a universal solution.
Nowadays, amongst others, our high quality standards are documented via the „Giso-Verschlusstechnik“ (Giso locking technology), with which we specify the isulation resistance values of our heating elements clearly above the values recommended in DIN 44874.
