ASCO have extended their range of WRAS approved 262 series solenoid valves by increasing their product offering for potable (drinking) water applications. Available in a larger selection of pipe sizes for WRAS applications, including 1/8”, 1/4” and compression fitting giving you greater choice on very short lead times (ASCO Express).
The new 262 series has a 20% increase in pressure rating over the previous design (DC versions only). Also the new 262 series normally closed versions now have interchangeable AC & DC coils (MXX versions only).
Valves with WRAS approvals are aimed at applications that will control potable (drinking) water such as automatic flushing, automatic hand washes, vending.
This is just one range of WRAS approved valves available from ASCO, further series include the 210 & 238.
