Since this summer Flowlink BV supplies high performance micro gear pumps from Flight Works Inc. These gear pumps find their origin in the aerospace industry but are also very suitable for use in for instance the chemical industry. The Flight Works pumps are currently used for feeding the thrusters in nano-satallites, in cooling and hydraulic installations and as dosing pumps for various applications.
The pumps can be supplied with an additional pump controller and an additional pump housing. This makes them easily usable in lab or production environments.
Characteristics of these high performance pumps are:
Flows ranging from «1 ml/min to 2,5 l/min
Materials: Stainless steel, several ceramics, Hastelloy and more
Shaft seal: Magnetic Coupling, Lipseal
Discharge pressure up to 70 bar (liquid dependant)
Local – Remote control function
Connections: hose pillars, compression fittings, FNPT
