E & R B.V. from Vlaardingen this month delivered 2 new EXAKT fully automatic pilot plant 3 roll mills for the development and production of high-quality offset and security inks.
The new generation laboratory and pilot plant 3-rollers have interesting features such as automatic gap setting in steps of 1 micron, digital registration of gap in micron and pressure setting in Nm / mm², variable speed, automatic cooling as well as automatic calibration. Operation takes place via a digital operator terminal mounted on the machine.
EXAKT Triple Roll Mills are available with hard chrome steel and ceramic rollers. The EXAKT 120 E Plus is also available as a continuous process.
